Mellieha Primary children cooking Figolli

The children of Year 3.3 in Mellieha Primary have enjoyed cooking Figolli at La Patisserie Bakery in Mellieha on Monday 15th March 2010. The children were assisted by the owner of the same bakery and his wife, who happen to be the parents of a pupil in our class.

He prepared the dough in advance for us, then the children were instructed to use a rolling pin to work the dough and cut out the shape they like best. After the figolli were baked, the children watched attentively while the owner of the bakery decorated their figolli.
