Wetpaint Wikis (2): Adding Stuff to Your Wiki

logoWhen a person creates his or her own personal Wiki, be it for personal or for work use (for example, having a classroom wiki so that both students and parents will be able to access their work from anywhere), it is important to start updating it regularly and keep it interesting for the site visitors. A Wiki can be seen as a sort of template which can be filled up collaboratively; it is alive and dynamic and ever-changing. Unlike a Blog, a Wiki can have several pages, and each page can have its own individual layout. Usually the first page is called ‘Home’; that is where you write your introduction - the scope of your Wiki - and then you can have a series of pages linking to that home page.

poster-ashes-to-ashesIn collaboration with the Victoria International Arts Festival 2010 and the Gozo Culture Office (Ministry for Gozo), the Gozo Creative Theatre Club will be presenting Ashes to Ashes by Harold Pinter. This short one-act play was first presented by the Royal Court Theatre in London in September of 1996. Ashes to Ashes is a triumph of power and concision. Devlin, threatened by his wife Rebecca’s recollections of an abusive ex-lover, questions her relentlessly in his need for a single truth. Devlin wants to get to the bottom of his wife’s possible infidelity. Her ex-lover was a violent, powerful man whose emotional hold reaches deep into Rebecca’s psyche. As Devlin struggles to separate illusion from reality, he starts to become like the monster she fell in love with.
